Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- Place the chicken thighs in your slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the brown sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, water, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or if short on time, cook on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Once done, transfer the chicken to a serving dish.
- Optionally, drizzle some of the slow-cooked sauce over the chicken and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve alongside steamed rice or veggies for a complete meal.
