8 oz ribeye steak, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp kosher salt, divided
1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper, divided
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
4 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
1/3 cup mayonnaise
8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Season the steak with half of the salt and pepper, then coat it with canola oil.
