4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
- Begin by pounding the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet for consistent cooking.
- In a bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and eggs until smooth.
- In a separate dish, combine the flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
- Dip each chicken breast into the buttermilk mixture, then coat it thoroughly in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until they’re golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove and drain the chicken on paper towels before serving.
