Ingredients:
3 cups of cooked, shredded chicken
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
4 tablespoons melted butter
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread this mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a smaller bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
- Top with the buttered cracker crumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbling.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
