Ingredients:
1 can of flaky Grands biscuits
8 oz. bag of shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
1 cup of cooked cubed ham or ground sausage
5 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except the biscuits.
Step 2: Cut the biscuits into quarters and gently fold them into the mixture.
Step 3: Pour everything into a greased casserole dish, ensuring there’s plenty of room for the biscuits to rise.
Step 4: Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
