1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning

Wooden skewers (soak for 30 minutes)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the mixture, tossing them to ensure they’re fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
