These garlic steak bites are delightfully simple but bursting with taste! The steak, seasoned with garlic butter and herbs, turns out tender every time.
Ingredients
5 lbs NY strip steak
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 lb Baby golden potatoes, quartered or halved
2 tbsp Unsalted butter
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Rosemary
3 cloves Garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the potatoes, herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until the potatoes are tender. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tbsp of butter and the sliced steak strips. Cook, stirring occasionally, until they reach your preferred doneness.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet to warm through, adjust seasoning, and serve.
