2 packages of thin chicken breasts
A few slices of prosciutto
Half a bag of fresh spinach
8 oz of fresh sliced mushrooms
1 packet of Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb and Garlic mix
1/4 cup olive oil
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Step 2: Lightly spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 3: Layer the chicken breasts in the dish, placing two layers if needed.
Step 4: Cover the chicken with slices of prosciutto.
Step 5: Add a layer of fresh spinach, seasoning lightly with kosher salt and coarse black pepper.
Step 6: Spread the sliced mushrooms evenly over the spinach.
Step 7: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and the Savory Herb and Garlic seasoning mix.
Step 8: Pour the seasoned oil mixture over the entire dish.
Step 9: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Step 10: Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for an additional 9 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
