INGREDIENTS:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup chicken broth

4-6 slices Swiss cheese

1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup

1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cup milk

2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing

1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:

Step 1: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the crockpot. Pour chicken broth over the breasts.

Step 2: Top each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese.

Step 3: In a bowl, mix the soups with the milk. Pour this mixture over the chicken.

Step 4: Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly on top, then drizzle with melted butter.

Step 5: Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.

Cook’s Notes: If your chicken breasts are smaller, you can add an extra one. For a creamier filling, substitute water with milk.
