Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups breadcrumbs
1/2 cup butter
Directions:
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness with a meat mallet.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, dip into the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken breasts in the butter for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain off excess butter.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
