Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced

8 strips of bacon

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 flour tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper, then lay them flat.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing over each chicken slice.
  4. Place a strip of bacon on top of each piece of chicken.
  5. Add a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and chopped green onions over the bacon.
  6. Roll each chicken slice tightly, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  7. Arrange the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the bacon turns crispy.
  9. Heat the tortillas and wrap each chicken roll in a tortilla.
  10. Cut each roll-up in half and enjoy.
