Cheese Steak Quesadillas

Philly Cheesesteak Quesadillas are packed with savory beef and gooey melted cheese, all wrapped in a soft tortilla that’s crisped to perfection on a skillet.

This delicious quesadilla recipe makes for a satisfying lunch or a quick and easy dinner ready in under 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

500g beef sirloin steak

1 medium white onion, shredded

2 bell peppers, sliced

Mr. DASH steak grilling seasoning

16 slices of cheese

4 large tortillas

Vegetable oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the sliced steak with 2 tsp of Mr. DASH steak grilling seasoning, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Sear the steak slices in batches for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, then set them aside.

Step 3: In the same skillet, cook the onion and bell pepper with 1 tsp of Mr. DASH steak grilling seasoning for about 5 minutes.

Step 4: Assemble the quesadillas by layering the tortillas with steak, followed by the cooked veggies, and finishing with slices of cheese. Toast each side in the skillet until golden and crispy.
