- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon Cajun spice blend
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared tray.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the Cajun spice blend, honey, melted butter, and lemon juice. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Brush the mixture generously over the salmon fillets, making sure each piece is fully coated. Sprinkle a little salt over the top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving for a burst of color and freshness.
