  • Total Time: 23 minutes
  • Yield: 4 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun spice blend
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

Equipment: Baking sheet, foil, small bowl

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared tray.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the Cajun spice blend, honey, melted butter, and lemon juice. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  3. Brush the mixture generously over the salmon fillets, making sure each piece is fully coated. Sprinkle a little salt over the top.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving for a burst of color and freshness.
