- 8 chicken pieces with the skin on
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- Salt and pepper, according to taste
- 1 ½ cups of heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups of water
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Thoroughly coat the chicken in the seasoned flour mixture, then place it, skin side up, into a generously greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the water and heavy whipping cream, and pour the mixture over and around the chicken in the dish.
- Bake for 1 ½ hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the skin turns golden brown.
